We are currently forming a women's self-defense class.  In this program you will learn some simple, effective self-defense techniques that every woman should know.

Benefits of this training program:

3. Learn the 10 principles of self-defense.
4. Defense against various situations.
5. Learn to use body fusion to maximize power.

Sifu John Longobardi
                           ABOUT SIFU LONGOBARDI
                         
   Sifu Longobardi began his martial arts training in the 1960's.  Through the years he has trained in Okinawa Te karate, Shotokan karate, 7 Star Northern Praying Mantis kung fu, Aikido, and Western Boxing. 

   Sifu Longobardi started his Wing Chun kung fu training in 1975 with Master Chung K. Chow and later continued his training with Sifu Jose Colon.  He was a founding member and former Assistant Instructor of the Wing Chun Original Kung Fu Club of South Jersey which was established in 1993 in Brigantine, New Jersey.

   Sifu Longobardi is the founder and Chief Instructor of South Jersey Martial Arts Club.
